Mac Johnson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2024, at the age of 85, Mac Johnson (Greer, South Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mac Johnson to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde M. Johnson and Sara Mae Jameson Johnson; his son Mike Johnson; his brothers, James and David Johnson; and his great grandchild Baby Nolan.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Knight Johnson; his children, Yancey Johnson (Margaret) of Simpsonville and Mac Johnson (Merri) of Simpsonville; his siblings, Roy Johnson of Alabama and Sara Jo Cowan of Virginia; his grandchildren, Megan Runion (Andrew), Matthew Johnson (Farrah), Madison Turner (Adam), Elisha Nolan (Connor) and Katie Tabares; and his great grandchildren, Reece Runion, Sellers Runion, Bo Runion, Rhodes Runion, Mannix Johnson, Myles Johnson, Maggie Johnson and Stone Nolan.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
