It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lexie Cannon (Greer, South Carolina), born in Whittier, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Burnett Milton Cannon; her parents, Melvin Lequire and Mamie Sizemore Lequire; her daughter Elaine Cannon Forrester; and her grandson Jesse Cannon.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Bowers (Phil) of Greer, Keith Cannon of Dayton and Dean Cannon (Lesley) of Greer; her grandchildren, Joshua Cannon (Rachel) of Greer, Nick Haney (Stephanie) of Taylors, Marley Cannon Smith (Seth) of Landrum and James Bowers of Greer; and her son-in-law Steve Forrester of Greer. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
