She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Allen Smith; her parents, Luther Haney and Rosa Lee Minton Pearson; and her sons, Ronald Smith and Samuel Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Smith of Duncan, David Smith of Liberty, Joyce Childers of Taylors and Ruth Holloway of Taylors. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirty-one great-grandchildren.
