She is survived by: her parents, Leonard Colter and Sheena Hardy Colter; her husband Anthony V. Garrett; her children, Courtney Swafford of Chattanooga, TN, Amber Garrett of Gallatin, TN, Farren Garrett of Gallatin, TN and Anthony Garrett, II (Annie) of Gallatin, TN; and her brother Eugene Colter of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by two grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
