He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Brevix and Blanch Ramsey Crookshanks; and his siblings, Bob, Ed Crookshanks, Maxine Hall and Elizabeth "Zib" Wooten.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Thomas Crookshanks; and his son Ivan Crookshanks (Courtney) of Lyman.
