He is survived by: his wife Brenda Thomas Crookshanks; and his son Ivan Crookshanks (Courtney) of Lyman.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Fairview Baptist Church, Foundation of the Future, 1300 Locust Hill Road, Greer, SC 29651.
