He is survived by: his wife Pamela Reeves Holtzclaw; his son Jason Holtzclaw (Maria); his grandsons, Sean (Rebecca) and Luke; his great grandchildren, Oliver and Ellie; his sister Nell Holtzclaw; his brother-in-law Ron Reeves (Deb); his father-in-law Earl Reeves (Margie); and his pet Otis.
