With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Jamieson of Greer, South Carolina, born in Clifton, New Jersey, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gordon and Edna Mae VanBuskirk Sweetman; her husband John W. Jamieson; her sister Bonnie Waitt; her brother-in-law Bob Waitt; and her brother Evan Sweetman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Ploof and Elizabeth Clark; and her sister-in-law Elsa Sweetman. She is also survived by mom to her 5 daughters, and thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
