He is survived by: his sons, Rickey Boyter (Debra) of Duncan, Scotty Boyter of Duncan and Richard Boyter (Denise) of Inman; his grandchildren, Bradley Boyter, Tiffany Yarborough, Ensley Crain, Jacob Boyter, James Boyter, Hannah Boyter and Brooke Boyter; and his great grandchildren, Christian Yarborough and River Boyter.
