It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie C. Barnett (Greer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Q. Barnett and Ellen Stokes Barnett; his siblings, Cecil Barnett, Doris Campbell and Betty Hand; and his great grandchild Aydon Hall.

He is survived by: his spouse Gail Smith.
