We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2023, at the age of 93, James O. Murray of Greer, South Carolina, born in Kannapolis, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse LaMar Wells Murray; his parents, R. Perry Murray and Gertrude Murray; and his siblings, Sara Joyce and Dr. Kenneth Murray.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Sharon Murray of Greer and Denise Smith of Greer; and his grandchildren, Josh Smith of Greer, Maria Beasley (John) of Greenwood and Mark Smith (Jaden) of Kenai, Alaska. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
