He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fayonsky and Mary Ellen Mulkey Fayonsky; and his sister Gwen Grant. He is survived by: his wife Joann Cross Fayonsky; his children, Tammy Fayonsky of Greer and Scott Fayonsky (Annette) of Greenville; his grandchildren, Kristin Burrell (T. J.), Carson Clark (Will), Bradley Fayonsky (Maddison) and Joanna Fayonsky; and his great grandchildren, Ezri Burrell, Nate Burrell, Adelaide Burrell, Jensen Burrell and Genevieve Burrell.
