He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Waddell Fowler; his daughters, Christa Fowler of Simpsonville and Cindy Fowler (Heather) of Simpsonville; his siblings, Allan Fowler (Gayle) of Greer and Mary Ann Dodd (Johnny) of Cayce; his grandchildren, Micah Ostrom of Greenville and Joshua Ostrom of Simpsonville; his nieces, Pam Smith (Bob) and Kim Fowler; and his nephew Karl Fowler.
