He was predeceased by: his brother Craig; and his parents, Jack Parham and Barbara Parham. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Parham; his sister-in-law Diane McDaniel Parham; his nieces, Lila Grace Parham and Claire Parham; and his great-nephew Crew Caron.
