He is survived by: his wife Donita Louann Stephens Swink; his children, Douglas Swink (April) of Campobello, Tammy Swink Samples of Greer and Sandra Swink Liberty (Derrick) of Waynesville; and his grandchildren, Alecia Samples, Mikayla Swink, Justin Swink, Joshua Swink and Jason Swink.
