He is survived by: his wife Shirley Powell Brown; his nieces, Veronica Broome (Scott), Patricia Cooper (Eric) and Ashley Howard (Todd); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hannah Graham, Kara Graham, Adalyn Cooper, Jenna Howard, Cole and Luke Howard; and his sister-in-law Margaret Powell.
