She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hill Mixon and Lizzie Delle Mixon Welch; her husband Walter "Al" Allen Reese; her daughter Mary Lisa Reese; and her brother James Welch.
She is survived by: her stepfather Carl Welch; her sons, Walter Reese Jr. (Angel) of Freeport and Ben Reese of Charlotte; her sister Mary Welch Myers (Bryan) of Johnsonville; her grandchildren, Nicholas Reese and Katie Whilden; and her great grandchildren, Jenna Reese, Jerome Reese and Lydia Whilden.
