She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lincoln and Margie Smith Hairston; her brother Harold Hairston; and her former husbands, Ray H. Campbell and Ben Marchbanks.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Cunningham (Marion) of Taylors, Donna Babb (Chuck) of Taylors, Rita Ellenburg of Greenville and Richard Campbell (Katrina) of Taylors; and her brother James Hairston (Freida) of Greer. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
