We bid farewell to Gwen Wall of Greer, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 25, 2025 at the age of 97. Gwen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Gwen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gwen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jim Stiller and Mary Lee Linville. She is survived by: her husband Richard Pate Wall, Jr.; her children, Rev. Richard "Rick" P. Wall III (Pat) of Greer and Vickie Wilson (Reggie) of Greer; her sister Pat Scott of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Leanne Crawford, Richard "Eric" P. Wall IV and Rebecca Barbare (Blake). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park.
