It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Paul Reid III of Greer, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Paul "Jack" and Evelyn Scott Reid. He is survived by: his wife Leah Reid; his children, Anna Nichols (Kevin), Paul Reid (Whitney) and Scott Reid (Holly); his grandchildren, Hudson Reid, Jay Nichols, Foster Reid, Ellie Reid, Manning Reid, Charlie Reid, Molly Reid, Tate Reid and Edie Reid; his sister-in-law LeAnn Smith (Warren); his cousin Carey Scott (Melisa Bates); his niece Avery Krawczyk; and his nephew Douglas Smith.

Memorials may be made to New Prospect Baptist Church, 2503 Whitehall Rd., Anderson, SC 29625.
