Though Frances may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Ansel Joe Ross, Sr.; her parents, Earl L. Graham and Nellie Elliott Graham; and her grandson Brandon W. Ross. She is survived by: her sons, Ansel Joe Ross, Jr. (Jami) and Glen W. Ross; and her grandson Ryan T. Ross.
