She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Joseph and Eva Jean Chouinard; and her children, Francis L, Stephen G, Timothy J Blais and Anne C Blais.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald L Blais; and her children, Allen H Blais of Raleigh, NC and Julie A Roberts of Beaufort, SC. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
