She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis H. Brace; her parents, Handley Ralph White and Margaret Darlington McElhinny; her children, Joanna Chamberlain and Randy Cavender; her sisters, Martha Hunt and Sue Ellen Compton; and her granddaughter Katie Hemli.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah K. Hemli (John) of Greer, Dan Gandee (Erica) and Michael Brace (Crystal); and her sister Rise Bailey. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
