Though Don may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene and Ellen Wilson Owens; and his wife Dorothy Stack Owens. He is survived by: his children, Riley Owens of Greenville, Donna Owens Tuten of Greenville and Sally Owens Seaver (Art) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Will Tuten (Katie), Matt Tuten (Victoria), Riley Seaver Smith (Tyler) and Sam Seaver. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Greer First Baptist Church (202 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
