He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Baker and Ealie Chappell Baker; his wife Inez Hunt Baker; his son Tommy Baker; his siblings, Hosea Baker and Sandra Haynie; his granddaughter Jennifer Fortenberry; and his great great grandchild Landon Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Marion Baker (Lisa) of Greer, Connie Harris (Gary) of Greer and Patricia Fortenberry of Inman; and his brother Leonard Baker of Easley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren.
