He is survived by: his parents, Larry J. Hickman and Leah M. Hickman of Pataskala, OH.; his wife Linda Howard Hickman; his children, Emily R. Hickman, Brycen J. Hickman and Hayden A. Hickman; and his siblings, Teresa Menapace of Westerville, OH and Craig Hickman of Johnstown.
