He is survived by: his wife Tokiko Hokama Curtiss; his children, Mark David Curtiss (Kerry) and Tami Curtiss Eimen (Jerry); his siblings, Ronald Curtiss (Patricia), Gary Curtiss and Luann LeBaron (James); and his grandchildren, Kristen Susan Rettig (Jackson), Jessica Curtiss, Rachel Eimen and Cody Eimen.
