He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Maxwell and Ruth Bates Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Janette Stockum Maxwell; his daughter Amanda Bailey (Si) of Greer; his brother Lee Maxwell (Mike); and his grandchildren, Dylan and Jessica Bailey.
