He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph G. Guzikowski, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bosse Klein Guzikowski; his stepsons, Tim Klein (Jackie) of Powdersville and Andrew Klein (Samantha) of Duncan; his sister Shirley Guzikowski of Langhorne, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Emma, Ellie, Madison and Trace.
