He is survived by: his children, Karen Attaway (Lloyd) and Charles Ray Young, Jr. (Dana); his grandchildren, Michelle Attaway, Joshua Attaway, Christopher Attaway, Tori Young, Jeremy Young, Matthew Young and Charles Ray Young, III; and his daughter-in-law Tracy Young of Portmouth, Virginia.. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
