He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Lisa Painter, Traci Williams (Jay) and Jason Patterson (Jessie); his grandsons, Joshua Sorrells (Mallory), Nathan Painter (Jessica) and Alex Williams; his great grandchildren, Dawson Sorrells, Maddox Sorrells, Wrenlee Sue Painter and Oaklee Woods; and his brother Gayle Patterson.
