She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Barron; her parents, Ray Bowling and Ruth Bowling; and her brother Freddie Bowling. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Barron Baille (Jacques) of Travelers Rest, Brian Barron (Destene) of Seneca and Jeff Barron (Angie) of Raleigh; and her brother Larry Bowling (Debbie) of Port St. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Francis Cancer Center, 104 Innovation Dr., Greenville, South Carolina 29607.
