It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmine James Lanni of Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Figueroa-Lanni and Carmine Lanni; his parents-in-law, Assunta Spinelli and Salvatore Spinelli; and his nephew Michael Spinelli.

He is survived by: his wife Particia Lanni; his children, Jennifer Lanni-Haskell (Thomas Haskell), Mikayla and James Lanni (Veronica); his siblings, Michael Varela, James Lanni, Steve Lanni, Sandra Varela-Langit, Joanne Lanni-Barnett and Bianca Lanni-Jensen; his siblings-in-law, Anna Spinelli, Franco Spinelli, Kimberly Spinelli, Paul Barnett and Jennifer O'Neil-Lanni; his nieces and nephews, Jessica Spinelli, Allison Boughner, Ashley Spinelli, Haley Jensen, Frankie Spinelli, Landon Hansen, Joey Jenson, James Lanni Jr. and Johnathan Barnett; and his stepmother Catalina Lanni. He is also survived by many grand-nieces and -nephews and childhood friends.
