He is survived by: his wife Gloria D. Lewis; and his children, David Lewis (Terri) of New Buffalo, MI, Donna Gill (Todd) of Lyman, SC and Darin Lewis (Stacey) of Michigan City, IN. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
