He was predeceased by: his siblings, James William (McAbee), Joe Kenneth McAbee, Donald Lee "Junior" McAbee, Willie Mae McAbee Williams and Betty McAbee Sudduth.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Anne Harvey McAbee; his son Marshall McAbee, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Davis (Bobby) and Jeri Ann Minter (Bradley).
