With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Howell of Greer, South Carolina, who passed away on May 27, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Bruce departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bruce. Though Bruce may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lora Pace Howell; and his parents, Furman Toy Howell and Agnes Bruce Howell. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Jones (Justin) of Winston-Salem, NC and LaVerne Howell (Susan) of Greenville; his sister Martha Greene of Greenville; his grandson Pace Howell; and his niece Tanya Foushee (Ron).
