He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Thomas Johnson and Shirley Joan Burch Losure. He is survived by: his sister Sherry J. Smith of Prosperity; his nephews, Brian Smith and Greg Smith; and his niece Jennifer Rambo.
