She was predeceased by: her husband Bennett Cudd; her parents, Pierce P. Whitfield and Alene Ayers Whitfield; and her sister Polly Wade. She is survived by: her children, Michael P. Cudd (Carol) of Elijay, Mark B. Cudd of Greer and Kay Cudd Baccus (Jerry) of Aynor; and her brother Ray Whitfield of Greer. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
