We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2023, at the age of 95, Betty Jo Blackwell Charak of Greer, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman Blackwell and Grace Steadman Blackwell; her husband Dexter H. Charak; and her sister Dorothy Blackwell Craig. She is survived by: her daughter Liz Charak (Michelle Nichols) of Greer; her nephew Rob Craig of New Market, MD; and her niece Hailey Craig of Frederick, MD.
