She is survived by: her sons, Charles Dean Skinner, Jr. of Duncan and Gary Newman Skinner of Duncan; her granddaughters, Stephanie Dawn Skinner and Megan Leigh Skinner Foster (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Stephen Charles Foster and Elizabeth Harper Foster.
