She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Mary Burnett Duncan; her husband Jerry Dean Garrett; and her siblings, James Thomas Duncan, John William Duncan, Katherine Lynch, Lois Galloway, Sarah Godfrey, Mildren Lawless, Francis Bailey and Martha Ranford.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Fowler (Tim), Sharon Bolden (JT), Jerry Garrett and Michael Garrett (Amanda); and her sisters, Linda Perry, Judy Pope and Debra Early. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
