Stepp (Tanya) of Fernandina, Florida; her grandchildren, Tyler Thomas (Ashley), Cameron Dey, Hunter Thomas, Emily Bright, Caleb Dey and Samuel Bright; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Thomas, Levi Thomas and Kyler Thomas; and her siblings, James Hicks (Paula), Buddy Hicks (Landess), Betty H. Floyd, Rebecca H. Kimvey and Barbara Rouse (Billy). She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
