Though Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Palmer and Constance Hemphill Dillard. She is survived by: her husband Scott Withrow; her sons, Hal McFeely (Joy) and Chris McFeely; her grandchildren, Sarah and Maxx McFeely; and her brother Lem Dillard (Barbara).
