With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Travis Stevenson Jr. of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in Saint Matthews, South Carolina, who passed away on January 29, 2024 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Brown Stevenson, Sr. and Annie Prickett Stevenson; and his son-in-law Samuel "Sammy" Joel Deery, IV. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Douglas Stevenson; his children, Travis Brown Stevenson, III of Black Mountain, NC, Elizabeth "Libba" Stevenson Deery of Greenwood and Ann Douglas Stevenson of Greenwood; his grandchildren, Sam Deery (Harmon), Ellen Cobb, Roland Cobb, Christine Cobb (Johan), Elijah Stevenson and Scout Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Chandler Deery and Gaia Ricaurte Cobb.
