He was predeceased by: his parents, Malon Garner and Sybil Porter Garner. He is survived by: his brother Porter Garner (Cleva); his nieces, Beth Garner Bladon (Justin), Leigh Garner and Katie Garner Dills (Conor); and his great-nephews, Wylin-Ray and Gene.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Memorial Gardens (3302 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653).
