She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ray Ouzts; her parents, James Harmon and Lola Jane Rush Quattlebaum; her children, Deborah Rebecca Ouzts Manley and Barron Keith Ouzts; and her brothers, Edwin Milledge, James Harmon Jr., Paul Reagan, Elmer Rush, Robert Wilkes, Marshall Claude, Earl Wayne, Charles Thomas, David Franklin, Preston Carroll and Gerald Kenneth Quattlebaum.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph A. Ouzts (Tony) of Spartanburg and James C. Ouzts (Jimmy) of Charlotte, NC; her granddaughters, Rae Michelle Manley of Columbia and Lacy Rebecca Ouzts Moore (John) of Greenwood; her great grandchildren, John Luke Moore, Hudson Joel Moore and Wilma Rose Moore of Greenwood; her brothers, Glenn M. Quattlebaum of Kingstree, SC and Michael E. Quattlebaum (Mary Frances) of Monument, CO; her daughter-in-law Lynn Kirkland Timmerman of Greenwood; and her brothers-in-law, F. Wayne Ouzts of Greenwood and Philip A. Ouzts of Winter Park, FL..
