It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Andrews of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ruby shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ruby farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Geter P. Andrews, Jr.; her parents, Thomas "Tom" Ogle and Bessie Chandler Ogle; and her daughter Susan Andrews. She is survived by: her children, Linda Jones (Mac) and Kenneth Andrews (Peggy); her sister Jo Stratton; and her grandchildren, Melissa Chrisley, Stephanie Frick (Andy), Michael Melton (Susan) and Derrick Jones (Brandi). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
