With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ronnie Barnes of Greenwood, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Barnes and Marian Ruby Gregory Barnes; and his brothers, Johnny, Jerry, Ricky, Billy Ray and Royce Barnes.
He is survived by: his son Scotty Barnes (Crystal); his sisters, Diane Peppers (Phil), Debbie Turner and Joyce Disadere; and his grandchildren, Briana Collins, Hunter Barnes and Addison Barnes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel (1025 Main St S, Greenwood, SC 29646). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or to the South Carolina Highway Department.
