He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Harmon Mathews and Annabelle Leon Moore Mathews; and his siblings, Bobbe Jean Jenkins and Michael Dail Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jean Mathews; his son Scott Lyle Mathews (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Jessica Ann Mathews, Ryland Scott Mathews, Ryleigh Paige Mathews and Annagail Patricia Mathews. He is also survived by furry companion, Buddy; many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
