It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Oliver Manley (Greenwood, South Carolina), born in Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Manley and Sarah Latham Manley; and his sisters, Helen Satterfield and Margaret Bowie. He is survived by: his wife Polly Rushton Manley; his daughter Kelley Raye Manley of Cheyenne, WY; and his sister Bertha Manley of Greenwood.
