With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Polly Ann Buchanan of Greenwood, South Carolina, born in Antigo, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2024. She was predeceased by: her mother Charlene Schroeder Schlundt. She is survived by: her father William Schlundt; her husband Daniel Pinkney Buchanan; her sons, Brad Buchanan (Meredith) of Hodges and Josh Buchanan (Valerie Brooke) of Greenwood; her stepmother Barbara Schlundt of Marietta; her siblings, Pat Schlundt and Paula Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Gabe, Isaiah Buchanan of Greenwood, Abby Bagwell (Jackson) of Ninety-Six, Hannah Stumbo (Gabe) of Simpsonville and Jordan Buchanan of Hodges.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cemetery Oakbrook Memorial Park (3007 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653).
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the Greenwood Humane Society, 2820 Airport Road, Greenwood, SC 29649.
